SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Home Cook is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Home Cook is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
